Tuesday Energy Reset is a weekly yoga class designed to help you clear the noise of the week, reconnect with your body, and return to a steadier rhythm. This class blends breathwork, intentional movement, meditation, and nervous system support to help release built-up stress and restore your energy from the inside out. Each practice is grounding, accessible, and created to meet you where you are. Come to move, breathe, reset, and leave feeling more clear, centered, and connected to yourself. All levels are welcome"
About Della:
Della Drews is a Certified Light Leader® Coach and Light Leader Kundalini® Teacher who blends spiritual psychology, breathwork, and somatic healing to help people come home to their bodies and their truth. With a background as a massage therapist (LMT), RYT-200 yoga instructor, and certified Reiki practitioner, her teaching style is grounded, nurturing, and deeply present—equal parts safe space and sacred activation. Based in Cody, Wyoming, Della guides students to build awareness, move energy, and restore inner balance through practical, embodied practices rooted in ancient wisdom and lived experience.

Centering Contemplationis a class designed to help you quiet the noise, settle your nervous system, and come back into steady connection with yourself. Through breath, stillness, and simple reflection, this class creates space to pause, soften, and listen inward. You will be invited to move out of overthinking and into presence, using meditation as a grounded practice for clarity, self-trust, and inner steadiness.
This class is for anyone craving a reset, a deeper relationship with their inner world, or a quiet place to return to themselves".
