Our Founder
Niina Sofia is the founder of the Age of Aquarius Wellness Center, a community-centered wellness space in Cody, Wyoming. She is a sound healing practitioner, Integrated Energy Therapy® master-instructor, drumming facilitator of Finno-Siberian tradition and intuitive guide with over 15 years of experience in holistic and earth-based wellness. Raised in Finland, Niina’s work is deeply rooted in relationship with the nature; the forests and the lakes. She integrates sound healing, guided meditation, heart coherence practices, and subtle energy work to support emotional regulation, presence, and self-trust, along with private energy clearing and sound healing sessions. She nurtures community resilience and heart-forward living with a passion for helping other spiritual practitioners. Guided by the Earth’s wisdom, Niina Sofia helps others access their body’s innate intelligence, and live with greater harmony and meaning.
Niina Sofia weaves her 30+ year background in business and wealth management – she has a masters degree in business administration and has worked in the past as a Certified Financial Planner®.
