Earthseed Yoga classes blend gentle stretches, foundational postures, and fluid transitions to help release tension, improve flexibility, and cultivate inner calm. With an emphasis on proper alignment and modifications for all levels, it’s accessible whether you’re brand new to yoga or a seasoned practitioner.
