Feminine Fascial Flow

Discover Your Natural Flow with Heather Wagner as she teaches you, every other Tuesday from 3 to 4 pm, how to Activate your Body’s Healing Wisdom. Fascia is a connective tissue that connects stories of the past to the present, stored in these tissues are tension, pain and trapped emotions. Restore your body’s natural movement as you gently release tension. Come learn about fascial maneuvers. All are welcome. No experience needed. Bring water & a yoga mat, wear comfy clothes, and come as you are. Let’s move into healing together!
