Exciting changes are happening at AoA through January! As of December 18th we will be shut for remodeling. There will be online classes available, you can register Here or get on Email List for future Registration. When we open the doors again, we will have a new kitchen and be offering a selection of Teas curated by our resident herbalist, introducing... NA-MAS-TEA tea room ! See you all online and then BACK in person at the end of January.

  • Online Monday Gratitude Meditation Sessions will continue on Mondays at 8:45 am.

  • Della’s Wednesday Evening Meditations will be Online starting DEC 31st at 5:30pm. Book a session and you will receive the Zoom link.
